Arka Gdynia coach Władysław Łupaszko pointed to mental issues following the heavy defeat to Warta Poznań. The team lost 3-0 in the 8th round of the I Liga, leaving them in 8th place with 11 points.
Łupaszko highlighted a gruelling schedule as a key factor. "First of all, in the last seven days we played three matches and had three away trips," the coach said. He added that a review of the match revealed deeper problems. "We analysed that match and in some situations we had a problem with the players' attitude towards the game," he admitted.
Lineup changes
The coach noted the team made its own mistakes but has already worked on improvements. He also announced that changes to the starting eleven will be seen in the next outing. After a run of three consecutive away games, Arka will return to action at their home stadium.
