Arka Gdynia suffered a heavy defeat in their away fixture against Warta Poznań. The match ended 3-0 in favour of the hosts.
Warta opened the scoring in the 41st minute through Adrian Młynarczyk. Kacper Szymanek added a second for the Poznań side in the 67th minute. Adrian Wolczek sealed the result in stoppage time.
For Arka, this was their second loss in the last five league rounds. The Gdynia side dropped to fifth place in the I Liga table, having collected 11 points from seven games. They now trail leaders ŁKS Łódź by four points.
Arka's next test is a home match against Nieciecza. The fixture is scheduled for October 24th. Their opponents from Nieciecza currently sit seventh in the league.
