Arka Gdynia is undergoing a squad overhaul, with new sporting director Tomasz Wichniarek leading the changes. The team has already seen six players depart, with more transfers planned. Kamil Jakubczyk is set to leave for Widzew Łódź for around 1 million euros, while Sebastian Kerk is linked with several clubs, including Motor Lublin and Zagłębie Lubin. Oskar Kubiak may join Czech side Slavia Prague, with which Arka Gdynia has established a partnership. Meanwhile, the club has confirmed two new signings. Young Poles - 20-year-old Michał Milewski from the reserves of Śląsk Wrocław and Maksymilian Sznaucner from Greek club PAOK Saloniki - have joined the team. Arka's transfer plans are ambitious, and according to reports, 32-year-old Dominik Kun, a defensive midfielder who recently played for Wisła Płock, is also set to join the squad. An interesting transfer from Germany is expected to be Marco Komenda, a 29-year-old central defender with around 100 appearances in the Bundesliga and its second tier. Fans spotted him during a photoshoot related to the transfer.
