Arka Gdynia undergoes squad revolution

Arka Gdynia is starting a new season with ambitions to promote back to Ekstraklasa. Marek Jarolim has become the new coach of the team, with a contract signed until June 30, 2028.

Who will leave?

Those who have already left include: Damian Węglarz, Joao Oliveira, Luis Perea, Aurelien Nguiamba, and Kike Hermoso. Those who will leave include: Michał Marcjanik, Michał Rzuchowski, Nazarij Rusyn, Dominick Zator, Sebastian Kerk, Vladislavs Gutkovskis, Marc Navarro, and Edu Espiau.

New transfers

Arka wants to keep Kerk, but cannot meet the financial requirements of this player. Kamil Jakubczyk is close to joining Widzew Łódź. The transfer fee is expected to be just over one million euros.

Season goals

Tomasz Wichniarek, Arka Gdynia's sports director, said that the club wants to strengthen every position. Arka has about fifty players on its list, and also relies on cooperation with managers. The squad is expected to consist of 25-27 players.
