Arka Gdynia has appointed Martin Pasieka as Scouting Director. The new scouting director will focus on developing the senior scouting in the club. Martin Pasieka has experience working in the scouting department of Crystal Palace FC and as a Head Coach in the Junior Premier League. He is also a graduate of the University of Real Madrid. Tomasz Wichniarek, the sports director of Arka Gdynia, said: "Based on the changes in the last few months, we are building a department with a lot of tasks. We are building a scouting strategy, aiming to make it a systematic work. We are creating necessary procedures for acquiring players and a uniform way of evaluating them. As any department, it needs a head – Martin with his experience and enthusiasm will be the right person". The construction of new structures is intended to streamline the scouting and player analysis process, as well as help minimize the risk of transfer errors. Martin Pasieka wished himself success in his new role.
